Payment
We ask that you make payment in full when you sign the rental agreement. The
following forms of payment are generally accepted at this location: All major Credit
cards - Visa, MasterCard. Supplementary Charges will be charged in the local
currency.

Your rental supplier has been selected by us on the basis of quality and value for
money
Driver information
Rental Age: The Minimum rental age is 21 years depending on vehicle group The
Maximum rental age is 74 years depending on location chosen
Licence requirements: Full UK/European licence that has been held for at least 2 years
If you have a new style Photo Driving licence which commenced in July, 1998 then
you must bring both parts of the licence with you Old style paper licences (which do
show endorsements) will be valid until their expiry date however you must also
produce a valid passport or another form of ID Licences issued overseas must be
clearly identifiable as a driving licence, otherwise an International Driving Licence will
be required
State/Border Restrictions: Vehicles are not permitted to be taken out of Greek
borders.
Collection time: Your vehicle will only be held available for up to two hours after the
agreed collection time, you must contact us if you will arrive after this time.
Included in your booking cost
Mileage Allowance: The Vehicle is provided with an unlimited Kilometre/Mileage
Allowance.
Third Party MotorLiability Insurance: Third party motor liability insurance is provided in
accordance with local legislation. More information is available locally.
Roadside Assistance: 24 hour roadside assistance is provided.
Taxes & Surcharges: Your booking includes all local taxes and premium location fee
Deposit: 35€ or 20% (which ever is the greater amount)
Refunds: No credit will be given for the unused portion of the Rental Period.
AdditionalDriver(s)
Any additional drivers are arranged locally. Minimum/Maximum age restrictions apply
Fuel
Vehicle is generally supplied with a ½ tank, returned at the same level or refuelling
charges will apply. A fuel payment option may be available at this location This is paid
locally by you.
Fines and Penalties
You are responsible for the cost of any parking fines or other penalties incurred whilst
the Vehicle is on rent to you. The supplier will pass the relevant charge on to you plus
any administrative expenses. This is paid locally by you.
Out of Hours Charge
Out of hour’s service are normally available at this location. A charge would normally
apply and is paid locally
Late Returns
If the Vehicle is returned later than the time specified in the voucher, the supplier will
apply a charge. This is paid locally by you.
Special Requests
Special Request items are available On Request and if applicable are Subject to
Availability and Seasonal Variation, and will be provided by location. Special requests
cannot be guaranteed. For most locations a security deposit is generally required.
Baby/Child Seats
Baby seats are free
Insurance
The customer understands that all insurance cover is provided by the company
supplying the vehicle for rental. Liability for claims in excess of the insurance cover
purchased rests with the hirer of the vehicle. We do not provide insurance cover of
any kind in relation to the hire of the vehicle and are not liable for damages incurred in
the event of an accident.
Collision Damage Waiver (CDW): Is included in the booking cost and reduces your
financial liability from EUR 100.00€ up to a maximum of EUR 900.00€ (depending on
vehicle group)
Theft Protection (TP): In the case of incident, you must contact the police and report
the incident within 24 hours, and submit a copy of the police report, the rental
agreement and the Vehicles keys to the rental location. Responsibility is non-waiver
able in case of theft or damages due to a theft attempt (excess apply). Theft
protection does not apply beyond the rental date agreed with the pickup location. For
details of this insurance, please check with the supplier on collection of the Vehicle.
Damage Excess Liability Waiver (nil-own risk option): If purchased, this package will
reduce the Damage Liability Waiver Excess to EUR nil€ for most vehicle groups: The
costs vary depending on the Rental length and prices start from EUR 5.00 to EUR
15.00 This is charged per rental day. More details are available at your location and
are paid locally by you.
Additional Insurances: Additional Insurances such as Personal Accident is included.
